Today, we’re proud to share our 2024 Impact Report.

This past year was one of meaningful growth for ISBH. As you’ll see from the report, we expanded both in size and in scope, reaching more people than ever before.

We encourage you to take a few moments to read through the report and celebrate the incredible accomplishments of our teams. As we continue to grow, it can be easy to stay focused on our own departments or the individual communities we serve; but this report is a powerful reminder that across ISBH, we are touching lives in so many ways, big and small. It’s a testament to what’s possible when we work together, support one another, and stay united in our mission. We also encourage you to share the report with friends and family, as we should all be proud of what we’ve achieved together.

Looking ahead, we can’t promise that 2025 will be a year of calm and certainty; however, we can promise to maintain our focus on providing quality care for those we serve and supporting all of you to the very best of our abilities. We find deep comfort in knowing we’ll face the challenges and opportunities that lay ahead as a team, with purpose, resilience, and a shared commitment to what matters most: the people we serve.

Reflecting on 2024, we are truly in awe of the heart, intelligence, and care each of you brings to this work. We are profoundly grateful and excited to see what the future holds.
