New Beginnings Studio & Home Away from Home

The Athens-Hocking-Vinton 317 Board funds the New Beginnings Studio and Home Away from Home Programs, which offer a warm and welcoming environment for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in Hocking and Vinton counties. The programs provide daily encouragement and support and foster connections with others. Participants can enjoy a range of amenities, including lunch, nutritional support, creative programs, field trips, hygiene resources, and basic social service supports. Attendance is open to all, and individuals do not need to be ISBH clients to participate.
