Kim has been practicing in the field of Community Behavioral Health for 25 years. Her passion is family preservation and promoting a healthy strong community for all and began her career with ISBH providing Multi-Systemic Therapy, MST. Kim has had many roles with ISBH, but her  current role is supporting all the counties in their work to bring mission-driven, community- based services to all those in need.
