Situated in the southeastern corner of Ohio, Morgan County is a picturesque rural community. Despite its beauty, the county faces challenges due to limited resources, especially in terms of access to behavioral health services. Cathye Williams, resident of Morgan County and ISBH Regional Manager, has been tirelessly advocating for the establishment of an ISBH presence to address this issue. Finally, on March 24, Cathye, along with her Behavioral Health team and the OhioRISE team, celebrated the success of this advocacy with the official opening of an ISBH office.

The new ISBH office is located at 55 S. Kennebec Ave. in McConnelsville and offers a wide range of services. These services include Community Behavioral Health, Counseling, Telehealth Psychiatry, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), and OhioRISE Coordination. With this new facility, the residents of Morgan County can now access essential behavioral health services conveniently.
