OBJECTIVE
Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a qualified vendor to redesign the websites of the host organization (isbh.org) and its subsidiaries (fchc.org, and others as applicable).
The redesigned websites will bring our visions and ideas to life through thoughtful strategies and innovative design tailored to fit the needs of our organization. The sites serve as comprehensive, user-friendly hub for services, enhance digital visibility, and support audience engagement.
Key objectives include:
- Strengthening our online presence and building brand awareness.
- Clearly and comprehensively presenting services, programs, and community resources.
- Optimizing responsiveness, accessibility, and search engine performance.
- Integrating third-party tools and systems for streamlined functionality.
Background: Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is a well-established community mental health, substance use disorder treatment and housing organization, serving 24 counties across Southeast and Central Ohio. Our home and community-based model is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and emphasizes ensuring those we serve can meet their basic needs, as a foundation to healing.
SCOPE OF WORK
This RFP outlines the anticipated tasks and requirements for redesigning the ISBH websites. Vendors are responsible for identifying and completing any additional tasks/requirements necessary to ensure project success. The redesign must align with our objectives, functionality needs, and quality standards.
Task 1: Discovery and Planning
- Analyze brand, target audiences, and competitors.
- Develop a project timeline with clear deliverables and milestones.
- Collaboratively define content needs, features, and sites structure.
- Audit existing content and review Google Analytics data.
Task 2: Design and Development
- Create a modern, responsive design reflecting ISBH’s values.
- Develop intuitive navigation and user-friendly interfaces.
- Select and implement an easy-to-manage content management system (CMS).
- Integrate social media, third-party tools, and any required custom features.
Task 3: Launch Preparation and Maintenance
- Provide style guides and user documentation.
- Train staff for CMS management.
- Outline ongoing support plans, including backups, maintenance, and updates.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
The redesigned website must include:
- Responsive, multilingual, ADA-compliant design with intuitive user experience.
- SEO optimization and Google Analytics integration.
- A CMS with easy content management for non-experts to update, add program and event pages, forms, etc.
- Integrations with social media, EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and donor/CRM portals.
- Multimedia optimization, event calendars, photo and video galleries, and blog functionality.
- Secure features, including encryption and compliance with applicable standards.
TIMELINE
