Shannon was previously with the organization for 16 years where she worked in many different roles, her last being the Manager of Primary Care Integration (PCI) and the Manager overseeing Behavioral Health Medicine (BHM). Shannon was instrumental in the PCI development and collaboration with Adena Regional Medical Center along with Nationwide Children's where she worked on the development of the registries for at risk children. Shannon left the organization for the past two years, taking a role at Adena Regional Medical Center where she was Manager of Clinic Staff and Operations of a Sports Medicine Practice.
Shannon has taken on a new role with ISBH as our Manager of Intensive Special Programs. Shannon will be working closely with the county managers and OhioRISE staff to continue developing Intensive Home-Based Services (IHBT & MST) throughout our regions. Shannon has also been tasked with management and development of On-Call services throughout our regions with the support of our current Risk Management leaders, Tom Hecker and Martha Greer. The agency is working towards a certification as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center, and this will require a whole encompassing On-Call system agency wide.
Welcome to the ISBH Team Shannon!
