Randall has many years of data management experience, including at TCN Behavioral Health, where he was formerly Director of Information Technology and Vice President of non-Clinical Services. Randall shares the entrepreneurial spirit of ISBH and is proficient in a range of electronic health records, including Carelogic. He is an accomplished IT professional with both data management and operating systems skills.
